Job Description

The Warehouse Director is responsible for managing a fast-paced & high-volume setting. The role oversees the full cycle of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities. The Warehouse Director will have full P&L responsibility and manage stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and control the Distribution Center to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance.
• Manage receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products.
• Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and coordinate special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled or fragile products.
• Ensure quality and efficiency targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Supervise all warehouse staff, ensure accurate physical inventories, and lead aspects of the pre-kitting process.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and purchasing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience plus 3-5 years in a supervisory management role within a warehouse setting.
• Experience in a high-volume stadium or sports environment is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Willingness to work event-based hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Requisite industry & management experience.
• Previous inventory management and control experience required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
