Job Title: Warehouse Director

The Warehouse Director is responsible for managing a fast-paced and high-volume setting. This role oversees the full cycle of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities. The position includes full P&L responsibility and stakeholder relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Guide and control the Distribution Center to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
2. Manage receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products.
3. Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and coordinate special requirements for specific stock, such as chilled or fragile products.
4. Ensure quality and efficiency targets are met, maintaining computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.
5. Supervise all warehouse staff, ensure accurate physical inventories, and lead pre-kitting processes.
6. Ensure compliance with vendor and purchasing policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or requisite experience, plus 3-5 years in a supervisory management role within a warehouse setting.
• Experience in high-volume stadium or sports environments is advantageous.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work event-based hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous inventory management and control experience required.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
