Job summary

Adept Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse & General Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and deployment technicians. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who ensures efficient warehouse operation, ownership of day-to-day issues, and proactive problem solving for inventory, facility, and workflow concerns.

This role does not require advanced technical expertise and includes an Assistant Warehouse Manager and Imaging Manager for support and delegation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing warehouse, logistics or field operations.
• Understanding of warehouse organization, receiving, storage and workflow management.
• Experience with inventory tracking, asset management, receiving or order fulfillment.
• Experience supervising, training, scheduling, and coordinating employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, equipment preparation, loading, unloading and returns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility while addressing issues before they affect productivity.
• Lead, train, and support staff across warehouse and field assignments; set expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, vehicles and resources to support project schedules and maintain coverage.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate; lead counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vehicle readiness, maintenance, and safe-use expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, vendors, and leadership to resolve needs.
• Monitor efficiency, staffing, costs and recommend process improvements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management and timekeeping tasks.
