Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will oversee multi-shift warehouse execution, labor deployment, and SOP creation to support growth and efficiency while ensuring safe, reliable operations and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, implement SOPs, and enforce standards.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment involving heavy product handling.
• This role requires an individual who is mechanically inclined and comfortable diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and performing basic to intermediate maintenance independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily/weekly priorities and ensure labor is deployed to meet shipping and production needs.
