Responsibilities

• Communicate production updates throughout the day.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for material movements.

• Monitor labor efficiency during shifts.
• Complete accurate production documentation.
• Verify production counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Support audits and identify potential production issues.
• Resolve daily operational concerns and elevate major problems.
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Department Lead for our client in the logistics industry to start immediately at $22-$23/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Communicate production updates throughout the day
• Coordinate with Warehouse for material movements
• Collaborate with Customer Service on schedule changes
• Monitor labor efficiency during shifts
• Complete accurate production documentation
• Verify production counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Support audits and identify potential production issues
• Resolve daily operational concerns and elevate major problems
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience

• Preferred: experience with repack or contract packaging, lean manufacturing, forklift certification, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
