This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehouse/manufacturing, and 1+ year of leadership experience. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to succeed on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership (Lead or Supervisor) experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email; familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate production updates throughout the day.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for material movements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on schedule changes.
• Monitor labor efficiency during shifts.
• Complete accurate production documentation.
• Verify production counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Support audits and identify potential production issues.
• Resolve daily operational concerns and elevate major problems.
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
