Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Kent, WA seeks a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I to efficiently fill customer orders, receive, stock, stage, and ship materials. The role includes driving deliveries up to 50% of time in a van/box truck (no CDL required) and maintaining branch warehouse safety and compliance.

You will operate forklift/reach truck, process shipments, manage inventory, and ensure accurate orders while supporting a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass pre-employment and annual MVR review
• Medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• No recent major driving violations
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety-first culture and a safe work environment
• Follow SOPs and safety rules
• Receive material and verify against packing lists
• Keep inventory stocked and report damages
• Prepare branch orders for shipment
• Process shipping paperwork and verify accuracy
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment
• Load common carrier and company vehicles
• Inspect and maintain equipment
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Drive delivery vehicles as needed to customers and suppliers
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicle clean
• Adhere to DOT and local driving laws
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery
• Document deliveries with receipts and packing lists
• Inspect returns and inspect supplier quantities
• Mentor entry-level truck drivers
• May support counter sales and customer service
