Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Pullman, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I to efficiently fill orders, receive and stock materials, and ship products. The role includes operating a delivery vehicle up to 50% of time, with no CDL required, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced branch environment.

The position requires forklift certification, valid driver's license, and ability to meet DOT and state driving laws. High school or GED is preferred; 21+ years old and MVRO check apply.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Medical certificate verification within 30 days of hire.
• No suspended driver’s license in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Culture and environment focused on employee safety.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; address safety concerns.
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify against packing list.
• Stock incoming orders and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment; verify quantity and type.
• Process shipment paperwork; ensure correct items and labeling.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load delivery vehicles and inspect shipments.
