Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Ashland, VA is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Virginia team. You will stage, load, and unload shipments, manage inventory, and help ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and unload materials.
• Safely operate company vehicles to make multiple customer deliveries throughout the week within Latham's Virginia distribution footprint.
• Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with manifests or packing lists.
• Notify the Warehouse Manager of any problems, such as damage or shortages.
• Observe and follow all safety standards and processes.
• Propose process improvements; implement methods that improve efficiency/effectiveness and reduce costs.

Job Summary

A little about the position: We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and hardworking to join our Virginia team. The main responsibilities of this role will include loading/unloading shipments, organizing shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, making weekly deliveries, maintaining an inventory of stock, and filling orders.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Demonstrate overall knowledge of warehouse/assembly/and repair procedures
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to meet deadlines and use organizational and time management skills effectively
• Prior warehouse/assembly/repair experience
• Forklift certified
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
