Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Production Associate in Williams, CA to contribute to the fiberglass pool manufacturing process. You will perform fiberglass rolling, mat laying, and apply composite reinforcements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in fiberglass manufacturing or construction, with familiarity with power tools and forklifts, and a willingness to advance skills into gel coating.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass/composite manufacturing preferred.
• Construction or tile installation experience a plus.
• Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.

As a Production Associate you will be performing all tasks assigned in the manufacture of fiberglass swimming pools while maintaining a clean work areaand adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
