Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.

• Experience with shipping/logistics a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Teams/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain shipment-related data with accuracy and detail.
• Coordinate rush shipments by tracking orders through multiple systems and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams to ensure orders move smoothly.
• Provide shipment status updates through Outlook, Teams, and other communication tools.
• Support shipping and transportation activities while helping resolve order and delivery issues.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce reshipments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
