Job summary

Herff Jones is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Data Entry Support in Arcola, IL. This role focuses on accurate data entry for shipments and coordinating rush orders, working closely with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams.

You will provide shipment updates using Outlook and Teams, support transportation activities, and help resolve order issues while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, transportation, logistics, or Oracle is a plus, but not required.

Education / Certifications Required

• High School Diploma preferred

Physical Requirements

• Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, math.
• Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
