GXO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Virginia to maintain workflow by coordinating warehouse duties, inventory, and order fulfillment. The role requires the ability to communicate with carriers, customers, and management, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

The 1st shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm. The pay rate is $20.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication with carriers, customers, employees and management.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months of warehouse experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate workload among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers.
• Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading.
• Allocate and research inventory for orders.
• Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs).
• Maintain and generate required reports.
• Process, audit and file various documentation.
