Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication with carriers, customers, and management.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload among warehouse workers and drivers.
• Prepare and troubleshoot work orders and discrepancies.
• Assign and release orders for loading/unloading.
• Manage inventory and research inventory for orders.
• Enter data into WMS and create bills of lading.
