Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $22-$26/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all requests are handled quickly and accurately
- Enter and manage customer orders within inventory and ERP systems
- Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure materials arrive at the right place at the right time
- Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and assist with stock management across multiple locations
- Compile and communicate reports related to inventory, orders, and service levels
- Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, GRNs, and system uploads
- Coordinate with internal teams on production orders, special orders, and kitting/assembly needs
- Monitor lead times and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify potential issues, trends, or inefficiencies and elevate or resolve them before they impact service
- Develop a strong understanding of product lines and the customer’s operating environment

What You Need to Have
- Experience in a similar warehouse, customer service, or operations support role
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
