This role requires direct coordination with contractors, associates, carriers, manufacturers, vendors, and internal supply chain partners to support safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Serve as the primary on-site warehouse representative, often working independently to manage daily warehouse, yard, dock, and inventory activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with internal policies, OSHA regulations, and company safety expectations.

  • Receive and validate inbound shipments, including quantity verification, condition inspection, documentation review, and discrepancy identification.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damages, substitutions, incorrect materials, and documentation issues.

  • Receive returned materials from contractors, validate quantities and condition, determine disposition, and ensure inventory is accurately returned to stock, removed from projects, or identified for scrap.
  • Coordinate yard-to-yard, warehouse-to-warehouse, and project-related material transfers while ensuring physical movement and system transactions remain aligned.
  • Perform routine cycle counts, monthly warehouse and yard audits.
