SouthernCarlson, Inc. in Phoenix is hiring Warehouse Support – Inventory. Monday–Friday daytime shift 9:45am–6:30pm. You will receive, stock, pick, and stage products while keeping order accuracy and a safe, organized facility.

No background? We train forklift and provide a team‑driven culture with steady hours and benefits. High school diploma or GED required; able to lift 50–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Job Description

We’re hiring Warehouse Support team members who enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team. If you take pride in accuracy and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environmentHelp with delivery prep and customer order staging
• Assist with cycle counts, bin maintenance and other inventory projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Forklift experience a plus (we can train)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred
