Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in the Alexandria area. The role covers servicing walk-in customers, processing sales transactions, and handling material receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks.

Daily duties include interaction with customers, issuing samples, processing payments, and performing warehouse tasks such as picking, stocking, cycle counts and reporting. Forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience competency.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers, complete sales transactions, and accept payments.
• Process payments, receipts, and reconcile cash and reports.
• Enter customer orders, pick/pack/ship stock, and conduct inventory checks.
• Operate crane forklift equipment and assist with loading/unloading materials.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and assist with back-office duties.
