Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our Sales Service Center in New Orleans. You will service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and perform material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading, pulling orders, and inventory checks.

Forklift operation may be required. The role blends customer service and warehouse responsibilities, requiring a HS diploma and 3+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the sales center, assist customers, and complete sales transactions.
• Handle warehouse duties: pick/assemble orders, stock replenishment, and daily cycle counts.
• Receive inbound shipments, process returns, and notify management of damaged shipments.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Produce daily sales reports and maintain records.
