Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. through its Dal-Tile division in Plymouth, MN, seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, handle material receiving and order fulfillment.

You will perform warehouse duties including pulling/assembling orders, stock checks, cycle counts, and equipment operation such as forklift, while maintaining accuracy and safety in a busy sales service center.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Waiting on customers and assisting with order requirements; processing sales transactions
• Entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders
• Receiving and unloading inbound material; stocking material and processing returns
• Performing warehouse duties: pulling/assembling orders, inventory checks, and daily cycle counts
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility and reporting safety concerns
