Warehouse Customer Service Operations Assistant

OnTrac is hiring an Operations Assistant Level 1!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Friday - Monday from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics:

This position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Our Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies, ensuring on-time delivery. They are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system and verifying deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of related industry experience and/or training in transportation and delivery or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work efficiently under stress
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Track package deliveries, process and document issues, research problems, and update the tracking system for customers, the Customer Service team, and other facilities.
  • Assist drivers during the checkout process, verify package statuses, report missing or undelivered packages, and prepare packages for delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their package status when needed.
  • Research, analyze, and report on daily compliance issues and prepare business reports as required.
