Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for Warehouse/Customer Service Associate to work in our Slab & Tile Showroom in Phoenix, AZ.

  • A strong work ethic, with a willingness to be flexible and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Professional and positive customer service-driven approach
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.,
  • Operate a sit-down forklift. Pull, load and unload material
  • Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service
  • Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account

Required Skillset:

  • Must have previous warehouse and forklift experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook (Prophet 21 experience a plus)
  • Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
  • Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner
