Job description

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, persuasive, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily, so patient and respectful behavior is essential as you represent our Garage Door company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers via inbound calls in a high-volume virtual call center environment.
  • Providing excellent customer support and sales service.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Call center experience.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM.

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Excellent multitasking skills across systems and applications.
  • Knowledge in the service industry is a plus but not required.

Training & Working Conditions:

  • Remote work environment with necessary equipment provided after training.
  • Must have high-speed internet and a computer with Ethernet capability.
  • The role is fast-paced and results-oriented.
  • Must pass drug test and background check.

Equipment / Tools:

  • Video camera, personal computer (no tablets or phones).
  • Training with personal equipment; company provides laptop, monitor, and headset after training.
