Open Position: Remote Traveler Support Counselor

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Traveler Support Counselors to join our June 23rd, 2025, class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage inbound service calls; assist customers with reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
  2. Advise, book, and update airline reservations using our code-based software.
  3. Communicate comprehensive information about our products and policies to travelers.
  4. Work individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
  5. Balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals effectively.
