Job summary

Employnet, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service professional who will enter data into our inventory system, maintain up-to-date records, and help ensure timely shipments.

This role supports order processing from receipt to dispatch and requires attention to accuracy and organization. You will handle customer emails, billing, phone inquiries, and coordination with carriers, while ensuring packing, labeling, and shipping documents are correct.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via email, follow specifications for each customer, ship according to preferences
• Bill customers after order completion
• Answer phones and route calls to the right team
• Provide customers with BOLs and documentation after order completes
• Enter and update inventory data in the management system
• Maintain accurate product quantity and description records
• Verify and correct data discrepancies
• Set up orders in Extensiv, print packing tickets, create labels, enter charges
• Prepare shipping documents: packing lists, invoices, labels
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange shipments and track orders
• Ensure shipments are packed and labeled correctly
• Update inventory records

Job Summary

The Warehouse Customer Service position will be responsible for accurately entering data into the company's system, managing inventory records, and ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Customers email their orders in with their specific directions. Once received the specifications are followed for each individual customer/clientOnce the order is complete it is sent out per customer/client preferences
• Responsible for billing customers once order is complete
• Answers phones and directs calls to the appropriate team members
• Provides customer BOL’s/documentation once order is complete
• Data Entry: Enter and update data in the company's inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate records of product quantities, descriptions, and other relevant information.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies.
• Shipping and Receiving: Inputs orders set up in Extensiv, prints the packing ticket, creates shipping label and enters charges in Extensiv.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, and labels.
• Coordinates with carriers to arrange shipments and track orders.
• Ensure all shipments are accurately packed and labeled.
• Update inventory records
