Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is required or preferred.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
• Pulls material and packs orders in an orderly manner and prepare cartons/crates for shipping.
• Places orders in the delivery area.
• Receives merchandise for return or delivery and verifies contents.
• Counts and stocks merchandise based on inventory control log.
• Identifies damaged, lost, or missing merchandise and notifies supervisor.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Trains and supports new employees as they are onboarded.
• Other duties as assigned.
