Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to receive, order, maintain, and distribute materials essential for daily operations. You will manage inbound/outbound inventories, coordinate shipping with carriers, and ensure accurate packing slips and job labeling.

You will also order standard site materials, stage jobs in the yard, and collaborate with client teams to track material status while maintaining clean, organized facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehouse/inventory or relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Inventory list of all materials, inbound and outbound.
• Handle shipping & receiving daily, coordinating with trucking lines.
• Order materials for SBA bids (site kits, grounding supplies, connectors, etc.).
• Check shipments against packing slips and mark with job name/number.
• Stage jobs in warehouse/yard and update material status with teams.
• Track fleet vehicles/trailers and keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
