Job summary

Empirical-Food is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily material flows, receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory control. You will work with production orders and ensure accurate paperwork.

The role requires familiarity with industrial equipment, forklift operation, and basic computer skills, plus the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory control preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment in warehouse.
• Process production order requests, shipping and receiving orders, and related paperwork.
• Sort and move materials on shelves or floor per safety standards.
• Operate forklift or other material handling equipment as authorized.
• Package items for shipping and prepare paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment, report repairs.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including chemical storage.
• Pull orders for department needs and manage inventory of supplies.
• Identify parts needing repair or replacement and document accordingly.
• Perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
