Communication Data Link in Montgomery, AL is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient handling of goods and requires strong data analysis, experience with warehouse management systems, and solid inventory control knowledge.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, pull and distribute materials, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with teams to meet requests.

Qualifications

Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.
Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are in order.
Accurately pull and distribute materials and stock to fulfill requests and work orders.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, product code).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
Experience in Excel.
Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification is a must.
Willingness to take on different assignments like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door hanging notifications around town.

This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of inventory control.
