Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Decorah, IA operation on 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm). The role includes product destination coordination, scheduling through areas, and communicating shipments to the Sales Department to ensure on-time delivery.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You will maintain inventory levels, assist with adjustments, and support overtime needs to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse or sort operations.
• Familiar with freight vendor scheduling.
• Basic fastener knowledge.
• Awareness of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Preferred knowledge of product lines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product destination and scheduling across warehouse areas.
• Communicate schedule and bottlenecks to leadership.
• Maintain inventory to meet ship requirements.
• Overtime may be required.
• Assist inventory analyst with adjustments.
