• Receive incoming shipments and determine placement; communicate non‑inventory samples to showroom designer.
• Stage and prepare orders for delivery; print pick lists and track inventory in software.
• Deliver materials to job sites or coordinate local pickups; arrange deliveries with end users, installers and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor special orders, update software, and communicate inventory status to showroom designers.
• Schedule installations by coordinating with clients, crews, and designers; ensure materials are ready before printing pick lists.
• Perform other tasks to support staff workload and store operations.

Job description

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks and functions, as directed by management, as well as scheduling measures, consults & installs. This position also requires heavy-lifting & use of operating equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Receive incoming shipments
   • Open/unpack small packages; determine where they go / if special order; communicate non-inventory samples w/ showroom designer
   • Unload palleted goods / roll goods by use of forklift, loading dock, and/or overhead door
   • Document received items, store in proper location, and adjust status in software
   • Communicate incoming orders w/ internal staff
2. Stage / Prepare orders for delivery or pick up
   • Print pick lists, locate inventory, and stage in Zones
   • Notate materials which have not arrived or been picked up
   • Arrange local pick-up or follow-up on missing line items
3. Deliver materials to jobsite, and/or perform local pick‑ups
   • Coordinate deliveries w/ end‑user, showroom designer, installer and warehouse personnel
   • Assist w/ jobsite deliveries, when needed
   • Pick up local orders (Walcro, Tri‑State, Hanks, Syversons), as needed, or schedule w/ warehouse personnel
4. Monitor special orders & receive into software
   • Run daily reports on merchandise received
   • Track paper packing slips & communicate inventory placement with warehouse
   • Alert Showroom Designers of special order or sample arrival
5. Schedule installations
   • Communicate with Showroom Designer to schedule prior discussed install dates.
   • Communicate with clients to schedule installations with proper crews.
   • Communicate with installers regarding installation schedule, work orders, layouts, questions.
   • Ensure all materials are in prior to printing pick list.
   • Review completed jobs and flag installers for payment.
   • Utilize software to communicate effectively between installer, warehouse, designer, end‑user.
6. Other tasks deemed necessary to facilitate staff workload and store success
