Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles and equipment to move materials and load/unload shipments.
• Prepare products for shipment and stage materials for dispatch.
• Track and record materials handled; manage freight via TMS platform.
• Load/unload, palletize, wrap, and strap pallets; take photos as needed.
• Process parcel orders using UPS WorldShip and ensure proper packaging.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and perform end-of-day cleanup.
• Assist inventory management and equipment tracking; familiarity with SAP/NetSuite is a plus.
• Communicate clearly with team and follow written and verbal instructions.

Description

The Warehouse Coordinator is a key support role responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.

CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials. Prepare products and materials for shipment. Load, unload, and stage products and materials, Track and record units of materials handled. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Follow instructions and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently.

Good at taking directions and executing assigned duties.

Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.

Managing Freight through our TMS Platform (Palletize, Wrap/Strap, Pictures, and Ship.)

Loading Freight / Unloading Freight

Managing Parcel orders through UPS WorldShip (Boxing, Bubble Wrapping, shipping and posting.)

Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean working environment with EOD cleaning

Good written and oral communication and comprehension.

Perform inventory management and equipment tracking; proficiency with computer systems is required.

Familiarity to SAP/NetSuite is a plus
