Job Summary

This position supports the shift supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations, including data entry in two systems and supervising hourly staff.

Responsibilities

1. Check in inbound/outbound loads and drivers.
2. Assist with palletizers, transfers, rails, shipments, and inbound supplies.
3. Manage inventory of packaging materials, ingredients, and finished products.
4. Handle hourly times and punches.
5. Communicate via phones and radios, coordinate transfers.
6. Set up transfers and open palletizers in WMS.
7. Generate pallet tags and assign load patterns.
8. Manage shipping documentation and stock rotation.
9. Record trailer movements and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
10. Support training, discipline, and performance tracking of staff.
11. Assist with scanning, support other departments, and enforce policies for safety and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Must be 18 years old
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet use
4. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
