Job Summary

This position assists the shift supervisor with daily warehouse operations and manages hourly employees, including data entry in two systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check in all inbound/outbound loads and drivers.
• Assist with palletizer flow, transfers, rails, shipments, inbound supplies, and trucks.
• Manage daily inventory of packaging materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Assist with hourly times and punches.
• Handle communication via phones and radios, coordinate transfers.
• Set up transfers and open palletizers in WMS to match production.
• Generate pallet tags and assign load patterns.
• Manage shipping documentation and stock rotation.
• Record trailer movements and ensure shipment compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Support training, discipline, and performance tracking of staff.
• Assist with scanning and support other departments as needed.
• Enforce policies to ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, TTB, and other regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet use.
• Motivated, self-directed, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
