Job description

Amorepacific US is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support and manage tasks that facilitate the daily operations of the SCM team. This onsite role requires 1-2 years of SCM or logistics experience and offers an opportunity to join a global company at the forefront of K-beauty.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Manage Amazon-related shipments weekly.
2. Track and follow up on weekly orders.
3. Ensure compliance with all transportation and vendor regulations to prevent chargebacks.
4. Dispute chargebacks when necessary.
5. Manage vendor pools for purchasing and payment processing.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to improve operations and reduce costs.
7. Oversee return processes to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
8. Process outstanding invoices.
9. Verify completion of all tasks above.

Candidate Qualifications:

• BA or higher in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in SCM, operations, or logistics.
• Ability to manage operational risks.
• Knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in PC and MS Excel.
• Ability to operate reach or sit-down forklifts.
• Cherry picker or turret experience is a plus.
• Experience with pallet jacks.
• Inventory counting skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
