Job description

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day physical and systemic operation of MnP’s Dallas Distribution Center and other Forward Stocking Locations in the Americas. Daily tasks include receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping as well as maintaining inventory accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordinating with other warehouses and service providers in the network.

MnP's customers depend on parts availability data to commit to service-level agreements measured in minutes. The Warehouse Coordinator works both on the floor and on the system and is accountable for the integrity of both.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between a web application, a forklift, and a spreadsheet in the same shift. They will treat inventory discrepancies as problems to be investigated and resolved rather than adjusted away, will communicate directly when something is wrong, and will take ownership of their location's performance without waiting to be asked.

This position is a deliberate entry point into MnP's operations leadership track — Warehouse Coordinators who demonstrate strong system discipline, process judgment, and work ethic are the primary pipeline for more senior roles in Warehouse Operations, Technical Services, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Key Account Management, and other roles as the network grows.

In addition, all employees of MnP are expected to demonstrate compatibility with MnP's values.

This position is within the Operations department and reports to the Regional Operations Manager.
