Job description

Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for their Henderson, CO location.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate operations under supervision by interacting with management. Manage activities across areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on directives from Operations management.
2. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):

• Stop work and report major injury hazards immediately.
• Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Promote safety awareness and look out for colleagues.
• Address hazards within your control and capabilities.
• Recognize environmental impacts of your work and minimize negative effects.
• Lead HSE training and actively engage the workforce.

Quality:

• Follow standard work, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Report issues to minimize costs and quality risks.
• Perform quality checks for damages and discrepancies.
• Identify and control non-conforming materials.

Delivery:

• Receive incoming goods, sort, label, package, and store efficiently.
• Operate manual and automated equipment for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate at required cycle times and standards.

Teamwork:

• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams.
• Complete training as required.
• Seek improvements in quality, safety, processes, and employee development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with peers and support staff for equipment maintenance and repairs.
