Description:

*** MUST HAVE A TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF WORKING IN A cGMP WAREHOUSE ***

In support of manufacturing, the material handler will receive raw materials, process manufacturing orders, perform weigh and dispense activities, and handle shipping of final drug substances.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment, with strong knowledge of GMP practices in a Bio warehouse environment.

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity starting with a 6-month contract, extendable up to 3 years, with potential for conversion.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Minimal overtime

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of prior cGMP Materials Management and warehouse experience
• Cross-training opportunity in Dispensary Biomanufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive GMP materials using Warehouse Management System (WMS) following procedures
2. Support manufacturing by processing material orders
3. Perform weigh and dispense activities, including using Syncade, MES, Glasswash, etc.
4. Operate powered industrial trucks safely
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse and dispensary areas
6. Complete all required GMP and GXP training
7. Assist in shipping GMP materials
8. Receive and process Drug Substance per procedures
9. Perform cycle counts as per procedures
10. Perform additional duties as assigned

Safety and Physical Demands:

Work with supervision on safety issues, report unsafe acts, wear PPE, and complete safety training. Physically, the role involves standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting up to 35-50 pounds, and operating equipment with dexterity.
