Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Henderson, CO

Duration: 6 months

Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts from 6AM to 4:30PM

Job Description:

Under supervision, coordinates warehouse operations by interacting with management and overseeing activities across different areas such as Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting based on directions from Operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
   • Stop work and report major injury hazards immediately.
   • Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
   • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
   • Promote teamwork and look out for one another.
   • Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
   • Minimize environmental impact of work activities.
   • Lead HSE training and engage the workforce actively.
2. Quality:
   • Follow standard work, work instructions, and quality procedures.
   • Report issues affecting cost and quality.
   • Perform quality checks for damages and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
   • Identify and control non-conforming materials.
3. Delivery:
   • Receive, sort, label, package, and store incoming goods efficiently.
   • Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations.
   • Work at required cycle times and standards.
4. Teamwork:
   • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams.
   • Complete required training.
   • Seek continuous improvement in quality, safety, processes, and employee development.
   • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
   • Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to meet business goals.
   • Collaborate with peers and support staff to maintain and repair equipment.
