Job description

Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Henderson, CO
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract

Job Description:

Under supervision, coordinates warehouse operations through interaction with management. Manages activities across areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on directives from Operations management.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and report hazards or injuries immediately. Comply with all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote safety awareness and hazard correction within your control. Recognize environmental impacts of work and work to minimize negative effects. Lead HSE training and engage the workforce actively.
  3. Quality: Follow standard work, work instructions, and quality procedures. Report issues to minimize cost and quality risks. Perform quality checks for damages and discrepancies. Manage non-conforming materials.
  4. Delivery: Receive, sort, label, package, and store incoming goods efficiently. Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations. Maintain a high level of competency in core skills.
  5. Teamwork: Communicate effectively within the team and support departments. Ensure training completion as required. Seek continuous improvement in quality, safety, processes, and employee development. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine housekeeping and equipment maintenance. Be flexible to perform additional duties as needed. Collaborate with peers and support staff to maintain and repair equipment.
