Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to master inventory, layout optimization, and safety on the warehouse floor, coordinating with production, procurement and shipping.

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing items, perform regular inventory counts, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Warehouse Organization: Arrange layout for optimal space usage and safe, efficient movement of goods.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or quality issues; report or resolve problems with the Logistical Supervisor.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of inventory, orders, and shipments, generating management reports as needed.
• Safety & Training: Enforce safety protocols, conduct staff safety training, and maintain a secure environment.
• Cross‑Department Communication: Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and shipping to ensure operational flow and resolve issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks are well‑maintained and report needed repairs.
• Problem Solving: Resolve delays, inventory discrepancies, or supply shortages.
• Additional Duties: Execute other assigned tasks.
