CoolSys in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Warehouse/Facilities associate to support facility, safety, purchasing and inventory operations across nationwide locations.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, managing online purchasing, stock control, requisitions and purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites. We offer competitive pay and full benefits including health, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Maintains housekeeping of warehouse.
• Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met, security of building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
• Responds to field communication, locates vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interviews them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Administers on-line purchasing systems.
• Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Maintains records of goods ordered and received, logs rentals, manages stock control and delivery, and updates inventory.

• Responds to field communication, locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

• Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

TOOLS, FLEET & INVENTORY

• Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status.
• Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Issues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report.
• Returns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly.
• Responsible for tool inventory and control: § Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools
• Updates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.
• Perform other duties as assigned
