CoolSys is seeking a Service Coordination professional to prioritize incoming calls, assign and dispatch technicians, and collaborate with Service Managers to resolve inquiries while maintaining timely reporting. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers, adherence to SLAs, and knowledge of market geography.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks calmly, demonstrate strong communication skills, and show a reliable, can-do attitude to support preventive maintenance

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• On a daily basis, review all incomplete calls.
• Maintain entry and verify nightly "on call" crew.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians.
