Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in the United States. You will prioritize calls, dispatch technicians, and work with Service Managers to address open calls while keeping customers informed and ensuring timely maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Outlook skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to stay calm under pressure with clear verbal and written communication. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• Review incomplete calls daily.
• Verify nightly on-call crew and align with schedules.
• Coordinate with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the market geography and technicians.
