Job summary

JX Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Bloomington, IL to keep the Parts Department running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, count, and organize freight, manage inventory cycles, and support deliveries to customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent customer service, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company with deep community involvement. Monday–Friday shifts support a stable routine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within an organization.
• High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
• Mindset: entrepreneurial 'pioneering spirit', integrity, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight accurately.
• Distribute inter-branch orders accurately and timely.
• Package and ship core returns as needed with responsibility and environmental awareness.
• Oversee cycle counts, record variances, and maintain inventory records.
• Stock shelves, sort parts in bins, and keep areas neat and labeled.
• Work with delivery drivers to stage deliveries and drop off parts to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and partner units.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to ensure positive customer experiences.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
• Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
• Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
• Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
• Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
