Job summary

JX Enterprises in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound freight and support the Parts Department. This full-time role offers a structured shift schedule and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

The Warehouse Coordinator will verify inventory, assist with cycle counts, stock shelves, and work with drivers to stage deliveries, while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within an organization.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
• Mindset: a curious entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch.
• Distribute inter-branch orders accurately and timely.
• Package and ship core returns as needed.
• Oversee cycle count operations and variances with accurate records.
• Stock parts shelves neatly and properly labeled in bins.
• Work with delivery drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering units.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Next Big Career Move: Warehouse Coordinator located in Waukesha, WI.

Shift: Tuesday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
• Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
• Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
• Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
• Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
• Valid Driver's License.

Salary Description

$16.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)
