Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to provide internal and external administrative and customer support at the Illinois branch.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emailing, processing documentation, managing yard flow, scheduling tasks, and acting as a department contact. Physical duties involve lifting up to 75 lbs and working in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for inbound and field calls; communicate via email.
• Ensure completion of necessary documentation and processes.
• Maintain yard flow and schedule appointments as needed.
• Schedule and administer work assignments.
• Serve as point of contact for the department.
• Print labels; create problem tickets and load sheets/ASNs.
