Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in McDonough, GA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to provide internal and external administrative and customer support in the branch. The role focuses on phone support, documentation, yard flow, and coordinating work assignments.

You will be the point of contact for the department, print labels, create load sheets and ASNs, and ensure accuracy, performance, and attendance. Proficiency in MS Office and English is required, with SAP and Catalyst experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) knowledge including SAP and Catalyst is a plus.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to answer phones and respond rapidly to emails.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed
• Maintain proper flow of the yard; Schedule appointments as necessary
• Schedule and administer work assignments
• Function as point of contact for respective department
• Print labels; create problem tickets
• Create load sheets and/or ASN's
• Successfully meet company expectation in regard to accuracy, performance, and attendance.
• Completes other duties as assigned
