As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.

Job Description

• Earn $19.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Location: 1 Elizabeth Drive Chester, NY 10918

You will contribute by:

• Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
• Maintain attendance log for hourly employees
• Print and distribute attendance log
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel Required:No

• Specialized Knowledge : Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures, preferred but not required
• Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Physical abilities: : Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.
