Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring an Office Clerk in Chester, NY for 1st shift. Earn $19.00 per hour and support day-to-day clerical duties in our office environment.

You will compile data, review documents, maintain attendance logs for hourly staff, and print distribution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred; HS diploma with 1–2 years related experience is typical.

Qualifications

• OSHA and safety policies knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• High School Diploma and 1–2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area. Earn $19.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Location: 1 Elizabeth Drive Chester, NY 10918

You will contribute by:

• Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
• Maintain attendance log for hourly employees
• Print and distribute attendance log
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Specialized Knowledge: Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures, preferred but not required
• Special Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Physical abilities: Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.
